Dented Bender Pipe

cap one end so the pipe will hold water, fill it up, cap the other end and put the pipe outside. When the water freezes it will expand, and pop the dent. Seen it done on an MX bike expansion chamber. Worked very well.

you could possibly have a Bodyshop friend pull it out with a stud welder and slide hammer. The welder spot welds a small stud to the metal, and the slide hammer clamps onto the stud and with a few taps can pull the dent out ;)!

its not crushed i would like to have the dent out tho will post a pic when i take one today but i never have posted any pics on here

If the water doesn't work, you can heat the dent with a torch and then put air pressure to the pipe and it will pop right out. When I worked at the dealer we made a set of plugs for pipes. On one plug put a valve stem and pressurize with an air chuck just like filling a tire. Worked everytime!

If you're interested, I have a set of benders without the flanges that I could give you a good price on. They have weld in bungs for the egt probes. I also have an avenger III to go with them if interested. The avenger has the 3 probes and water temp sensor.

I've had good luck tacking a nail or whatever to the dent, heating and pulling. The last pipe I repaired was smashed and folded over itself, I ended up cutting the pipe apart at the seams, beating and doing whatever else I had to to straighten it and then reassembling.
