I have a mid 80's excel III 340 which runs well, but with the short track on this thing (109" I believe), i'm looking for a little more rubber on the road.
I have two options available at a good cost locally. first a 121" skid and track off of a early 90's srv and then a 136" skid and track off of a '94 venture 480.
just wondering which option you folks think would be a better option. i like the longer track, but wondering if it's too much and if i'd have to do a bunch of work with the drive cogs. i know i'll be extending the tunnel and fabbing up the mounting for the new skid, but that's alright.
i figured keeping it all yamaha would make things a bit easier.
