Took the bulliten number provided by Mr Sled and my VIN number into my local Yammi dealer- they told me my 2000 SRX7 was not affected by that notice so I bought ($25-ouch) a new oil level sending unit. At least it fixed the problem!

This shop makes me nervous every time I walk in there. I think they have a wallet detector that tells them how much cash and credit your good for and price accordingly. I will definitely shop around when I am ready to buy a new Yammi!
