I Have A Charging Issue With My 2002 Viper Er. The Headlights Go Dull,and Go Bright Occasionally, The Gauge Blanks Out, Then Comes Back On And The Battery Drains Completly. I Recharge The Battery,reinstall It, Check The Voltage With Engine Running, Reads 13.8 Volts.seems Fine. Could It Be A Stator Issue? A Broken Wire?

Found The Problem, The Red Battery Wire To The Electric Start Motor Was Chaffed On The Right Front Engine Mount. Thanks For Your Help.
