gauges can vary by alot. the most important thing is that theyre close from cyl to cyl. and not super low. what r your readings

i have 120 psi across all 3 cylinders

135 roughly across all 3.... but like staggs65 said gauges are not 100% the same by any means, your looking for the drop between the 3 cylinders, not the overall number

If you buy a good compression tester why would they all read different?
No one makes an accurate one?

I measure 122 PSI on all three cylinders on my 2000 SRX. The sled has 12,300 miles on the original pistons and rings. I measured the compression 3 times on a warm engine and get the same readings. I am using a Snap-On compression tester, quality unit so I trust the readings
