hand and thumb trouble

I seem to have no hand or thumb warmer I've tried all key positions and have nothing. Any suggestions what could cause this and how to test what is wrong. Everything else seems to work on the sled but I'm not quite sure what to do. Thanks sponge

its probably just a separated wire....check your wiring...It might just be unpluged at the handlebars
