Not sure what function the TORS provides and how it works? Could somebody explain. Thank you for the help

Throttle Overide System, I believe the setup is supposed to prevent unintended full throttle situations, such as a stuck or frozen throttle cable that would not release. Many of us have encountered erratic performance issues with the system, and have simply disconnected down at the carburetors, so it's a good idea before starting to make sure that the throttle is free before starting.
