I have a 79 Srx.
Does anyone know what the exhaust port timing is for the 77 vs. the 79 Srx.
I have cylinders where exhaust is opening at 73 degrees atdc which would make for duration of 214 degrees. Seems high to me.

Also What is the longest stud you can safely run?

For picks I wouldn't go more than 1 inch. I don't know the port timing difference but would like to know.

I have some 1.25" guess they won't work.
Still nothing on port timing?
 
214 deg is very high. good luck getting that thing to run well. gonna have to run that thing at like 10,500+ and have pipes to match.
