Another weekend of My 2002 Mountain Max 700 tearing up the backcountry!!!!
Enjoy!!!!! testing out new contour 1080p HD Helmet Cam.

my biggest mods are
-roller clutch
-SLP triple pipes
-modded air-box
-pilot ski's
-4 inch powermadd riser
-CFR Rack with double Snowboard rack/ gas can holder

nice vids man, must say im jealous, I want some terrain like that. Ripping up trails is losing its appeal for me.

Rustman, I highly recommend you to try mountain riding, these sleds are alot of fun, and you can really push yourself everyday, and really get the most out of your machine. Theres lots of great Back-Country tours if your ever in the Whistler area.
Its a great introduction to deep powder riding

my friends are mostly on ski-doo summits, and there was one Polairs RMK.
The sled count that day was.....
My 2002 Yamaha MM700-141"track
My brother's 2000 Ski-doo Summit 700 highmark-151"track
My cousin's 2001 ski-doo summit 800 highmark- 151"track
My other cousin borrowed a 2000 polairs RMK- 144"track
and my friend has a 2002 Ski-doo summit 700- 144"track

No sleds had any issues, great day!!!

Your the smallest one w/ a 141 skid ? How does it compare to the bigger sleds?
What size lugs ya running ?

haha, thats the best part, roller clutched and triple piped.
and they cant even touch me on the trails,or in open powder,I get stuck the least out of all of them, using the BRP pilot ski's help alot to keep ya afloat.
The lugs are 2" I think Im missing 2 of them , but I got a brand new 144" track in the Garage, just gotta find motivation to put it on, its hard when the snows so good right now.

Isn't it satisfying to know that your the littlest of em all, but your near/at the top as far as performance ?? Can't beat that feelin.

Nicely said, That's why I ride Yamaha, your right shes pretty much Mountain Maxed out, the only thing that could help me or that I would be interested in adding would be Vforce3 reeds. I cant wait to get out there again, maybe tomorrow

I added Carbon Tech reed pedals to my 97 SX during the summer months. These are a direct bolt up to the stock cages. I definately have a noticeable difference at the lower end of the RPMs. Absolutely nothing at the top. But then again....your probably not looking for top end preformance are you ?

sweet vids !! looks like so much fun !!
i'm coming out beginning of june - is there anyone running sled tours then ? anyone you can reccommend ?

I'd probably summerize that the C/T reeds(part# 335LT)did add something to the low end. The DENSO iridium plugs that I invested in($10 apease....WOW)definately smoothed the power delivery out. Don't believe there was any major power 'gains' w/ the plugs. Mabey alittle bit..... but there was most certainly a smoothness factor added to the sled.

Very nice videos. Like a few other people said, I'm pretty jealous.

Your snowboard racks, did you buy them or just make it yourself?

Jules, dont get jelous, get some,
My friend Dave in Pemberton BC started this company CFR or Cheetah Factory Racing, they make mainly snowboard/ski racks and ramps for sleds to load into trucks.
Check it out.
I highly recommend there products. This is a really great local company here in Whistler

my CFR setup is....
DD Rack - holds snow over the rear heat exchanger to help cooling too!!!
2 snowboard brackets - cause i hate doubling but I'll carry friends boards!!!
and Gas can strap - extra gas can be used or sold in the backcountry!!!

I'm out east, not much powder to be had. Trying to find a VIper Mountain & see what I can find next winter...

That set up looks nice.

Viper MTN is my favorite 2-stroke, you'll have fun!!!

Whoa, I seriously would love to come up sometime to shred and sled around with you on your terrain.

I'm still hunting lines like this here in CO. Found some pretty sweet lines at vail pass yesterday but nothing as wide open and fun as what's in your first couple videos.

Impressed for sure
