I have a 2001 srx 700 with camoplast 1.5 inch paddle orange skid-plate, c and a pro skis 8 inch carbides,clutch kit and high compression heads from hauck with 2100 miles in good condition.

Depends on where you are from. Around here a 01 is a $4500-$5500 from a dealer. However the extras wouldn't do you any good, may even hurt the value. I just traded a 00 with 3300 miles and ohlins to a dealer. He has it out for $4995.00 USD.
