srx wins 500ft radar with 64mph???

scenario....field, meally...few sleds in the 700 class. my 01 srx 700, 03 f7, and 2000 xc 700. xc came in 3rd with 54mph, f7 second with 59mph, and mine with 64mph. all spun half the way down. wish the conditions were better but a win is a win.

best part is that my friend raced the sled because im recovering from a broken back.....hes a skidoo lover....hahahaha....he now seems to have a fever and he looks a little blue.........................................................
 
WE DID SOME RACING TODAY AS WELL MY 02 SRX HIT 74MPH IN 500FT WITH THE 8BU-10 SET UP ,AND MY WIFES 04 FIRECAT F7 RAN 78.9MPH AND WON 700.2ND IN 800 1ST IN 900 AND 1ST IN 1000 LOL SJIT :o| :o| :o| .I AM HOPING THE SRX WILL DO BETTER ON ICE ON THE NEXT RADAR RUN IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS 1/4 MILE, HARD TO BEAT THE F7'S

it seems like it may be time for us SRX owners to trade up to a F7 buy the sounds of it..SRX's are just to heavy for racing against the F7's.What were your rpm's like and traction.
 
Not ready to trade just yet!! NBSSR trail stock 700 and trail stock 800 wins went to the SRX 700!!! At the awards, our speeds for 700 and 800 class where faster than the 900 and 1000 trail stock speeds as well. 118.9 mph
 
snow track very crappy condition .going to get my self an f7 next year but will keep the srx for ever lol just for 1/4 mile or more ice runs lol
 
Good Job I did some drags my self yesterday will put my results on racing sec. Turn them buzzy boys blue. HAHA

absolutely. were gonna have a good setup there. 4 place enclosed with a generator, heat, bbq grill, compressor, tools, sled lift, and good times. we'll have to make a TY section in the pits. bring your own drinks and food for the grill and you're welcome to use anything we have.

j2 i pmed you. but for the rest: due to the rain and warm weather they were unable to plow the track today so they canceled the 660 drag event for sunday. but are still having the 1000ft radar runs but it will be on snow. (i'm not sure if it will be saturday or sunday or both but i'll find out) we'll still be going and the offer stands for anyone who wants to go. it'll still be fun just a different ballgame now. i'll be starting a thread in the racing section since i'm going to need some help on a snow setup for 1000ft speed runs. thats a game i never played before. i'll post info on the day and time there when i get it

Staggs65 I would love to come down but I have plans for the closer runs all ready. In dexter that would be great us blue guys in a pack.
