Trouble spot

Let me start by saying everyone on here is very helpful and quick to respond, so thanks. After 2 years she's going back together, but i'm having trouble with the carb ***. From yamahas parts fische i can't tell which way the boots face? I've got them facing up, but mythrottle is hitting the coil, where my finger is pointing, Does everything look to be in place and the boots face down, or do i have something out of place?
