Can't say on the interweb where this is, I had to hold back a bunch of pics as they would be a giveaway to the approximate location. We have way too many sledders in Ontario, if they knew of this spot, it would shut down access. I had to think twice about posting pics on local forums, and decided not too.
It's all crown (federal) land though, and theres some good steep long lines as well, and a bowl with a cornice. We have had a real good snow year with about a 4 foot base. Definitely not western riding, but its all we got, and good for developing off-trail skills.

No Doubt, I grew up sledding around that area Mainly Bruce Peninsula , before I moved to Whistler, and started Mountain riding. The pics look awesome, and the area looks so familiar.
I totally understand what your saying about too many sledders in Ontario, and Crown land, but It looks like your making the best of it!!!!!

Last year I got powder bog a little too much, I was gonna do some of the mods in the infamous powder bog thread, but didnt get around to it. What I did do though was adjusted transfer and havn't had any bog issues at all this year.
@ burnout - You are living my dream right now. I lived in Whis in 89-90, and the interior and van city from 92-95, wish there were mtn sleds back then, but I was really into snowboarding anyways back then. I work in the ski/sboard industry and my boss bought out snowcovers, so I might move back for a season or two to work at one of our locations. If I ever do, I will def have a sled and be ringing you up for some sesh's !!

Since I just started riding again last year, I've only just learned to carve and sidehill so its hard for me to comment on slydogs. All I can say is that last year I had POS 5" cat trail skis, and was havin a bit of a hard time in deep snow. Since I've put on the slydogs I'm getting way better float, less snow over the hood, and way easier to lean the sled over. Everyone seems to love these skis. If you have to run some trails now and then, I would put 8" woody shapers on instead of the 6" I am running, and the 2010/2011 mount kits come shimmed, but I think you have to shim any older or used mounts. And because of the shim they are a little tricky to install, helps if you have a second person to push down on the front end to get the mount bolt to line up.

its the mtn version with a 144 - not the most agile on the trails, but more than enough track round here off-trail
