How old and what kind of belt is in there? Worn out belts will produce an over rev. How's the primary? Rollers and weights good?

X2, use Turks clutching. I have installed all of his recommendations, performance increase as well as fuel economy increase. Ironically the 600 still uses more fuel than the viper or sxr on exact same runs. The gearing is completely different on the 600 vs 700. Check out the tech pages Al

Turk just like the srx clutching has been overkilled but I still ask you about that lol!! Think I should use a 51/43 over the 49/45 in that loaded setup??
