Has anybody ever had there primary cover bushing popped/push out before. I had it happened two years ago and then after 1200miles on the replaced bushing it was pushed out part way. I had my dealer check out my primary when they replaced the popped bushing and said every looked ok. I know "binding" on the primary shaft is the problem but what would cause binding on a new primary cover bushing.....?

I've seen a couple Polaris' with the cover bushing just hanging out, dangling on the shaft and both had been serviced...
and both had cracked primary covers.

Because i was going to bring the primary into the dealer today(as i don't have any time this week to wrench) i ran out to the truck and checked the primary again and there does seem to be a fair amount of play on main moveable clutch, play on the shaft and play on black bushings inside.....a little surprised considering there was only about 4000kms on all new parts and got over 12,000kms on the originals with no problems like this.....
