Just wondering what you think about them...
Very aggressive looking! Supposed to fix darting and has self sharpening carbide.

You might lose some top end. That's what I have been hearing. If you are running the Yamaha skis you might want to look into some others like C&A. I ran them for awhile and I had no darting. I have SLP powder pros now and they are good when my carbides are fresh. I need new carbides and my front shocks redone as we speak and I know the darting would be gone again. My sled darts alot when my front shocks start getting flat.
I am going to try either a recommended guy here in the Twin Cities or go with Pioneer next on my shocks. The current shop doing them I am not happy with. I have been talking to others that are using his service too and they all claim what I do. Less than one season and their shocks have gone flat (lost gas/oil) I am gathering he is not putting OEM seals back in them or just refilling them and using the old seals. Nice way for him to make $$ but a screw job for us.

I don't think I have an issue with my shock going flat as I have an 03 Viper.
I could see losing some top end though. Hmm...

That's only one year newer than mine. It's still 8 years old. I just know that when my shocks are getting weak I have more issues with the front end diving and the whole sled searches more. Just some info for the memory bank. My Viper now has over 8200 miles on it and I keep learning more about this thing as each season goes by. It's the longest I have ever owned a sled.

Put the agresssices on my 02 Viper last month. Wish I had done it sooner. Was using Bergstrom tripples with the ski saver and shim. Thot that was a big upgrade. Snowtrackers were even better. The only thing is they do not slide at all in the corners which produces alot of ski lift.
Self sharpening carbides.............. cool............ hehe......akrievins said:Just wondering what you think about them...

I'd guess he's cutting corners on the oil he's using. Good shock oil can get pricey.

I've never seem such aggressive looking "metal" under a ski! Haha... looks like they'd dig into the snow about two inches. Seems like you'd have great handeling, and I agree... I don't think these would let the skiis slide.

I have an Attak with 9500 miles using sno-trackers and also have an SRX thinking that it would be interesting to find out how they would work on the SRX. Problem is that I have turned my SRX into a lake racer and not trail riding it anymore. Sno-trackers are unbelievable on the Attak and I think that if you were to be an aggressive trail rider you would be surprised at how they hold the corners. You can lean on them as hard as you dare and they will not push in the cornners, providing you have good snow conditions. In fact I am on my 2nd Attak with my first set on Sno-trackers....

I am with you on that...Mine have worn very well and I ride on the same conditions that everybody else does. We just installed a set on a friend of mine tonight , he has a Nytro XTX and he looks at them saying you got to be kidding me???? I told him to Standby and get some miles on them...

Keep us updated. They're all the rage on the heavier 4 strokes Yams. Wonder how they perform on lighter Viper.
