Just wondering if you could shed some light on the snow conditions in the New Liskard area. I see it has been cold there for a while but the trails are NYO. We are planning a trip to the area on Dec. 28 if the trails are open and want to know if it is worth the 6 hour drive.

They are not open yet, but we did get another 10 cm yesterday, the clubs are out packing some trails and flooding ice crossings, i talked to a few club guys yesterday and they say they could be grooming soon, but with Xmas just around the corner it might not happen till after, but with this new storm comming you never know, i will be away for the 25th till the 27th, just keep checking on OFSC for trail conditons and openings............James

Just talked to another trail guy, the unofficial word is the trails with be opened with limitted grooming for Dec 26th, and if we get the expected 15 - 25 cm more tomorrow i think trail will be in pretty good shape.............James
