I have a 97 Vmax SX 700 that I am converting to a 136" mountain max skid.
I have the new track installed, but I need to know the distance the mounting holes need to be from the front holes.
With the two skids sitting next to each other with the front mount holes lined up, the MM skid appears to have the mounting holes for the middle and back positions about 8" further back than the 121 skid.
Could someone give me the specs on the distances for the mounting holes off a 97, 98, or 99 mountain max?
I also want to drop the suspension by three of 4 inches and will make the brackets to do this myself.
Thanks
Derrick.

if your using a 97-99 136 skid, the front arm mounts are the same as your sled, the center mount is 18 7/8" center to center off the front mount and the rear is 15 7/8" center to center from that mount, or 34 3/4" from the front mount.

Thank you very much. I'm planning on dropping the skid down a little so as long as I keep everything in line at those distances, I should be ok. I was planning on dropping the middle one by 1/2" to 1" and the rear one by 3" to 4". I'll keep the respective angles between all of them the same to try and keep my track level on the ground.
