I have that video as well on a VCR tape. I bet you could post it on youtube it's not very long. but copyright might not fair well with that. BTW, it's a great video.

Compress the vid in a good editor and upload it to vimeo. Use vimeo's suggested settings and allow permission to download.
It's ~320mb and I think its 43min long, good memory for unnecessary stuff

at 320 mb by todays standards is not big at all - jus register and upload for free - weekly limit is 500mb. depending on connection speed, should only be about a 4 hour upload
