Was wondering if anyone has done the upgrade to the rear skid to the vipers and if they like it or think it is better to stay with the factory skid?
Also how much more low end punch does the slp pipes add to the viper and how much can i expect to pay for everything that i need to change to make it "right and reliable" Thanks for anyone who answers and great site
8) support roy moore!!!!!!!

Is Roy Moore that heavy weight contender?

Heard nothing but good things about the revalved KYB's on the viper, Pioner perf is the place to go. Local dealer might be able too.

SLP's...heard great things about 'em. Probably go that way myself if I get a 700 next year. Check out the for sale pages for used stuff.

I did the KYB rebuild last season on my '02 Viper. It made the suspension softer in the big bumps, so I could ride faster and not be so sore at the end of the day.

Definately do the upgrade.. The difference is incredible.. You'll be glad you did....CLCL

shocks redone....

i had my wifes sxr shocks redone at maxximum performance last year, and her sled rode like a million bucks after... they redo all four shocks, custom valving and three of four new springs, all to riding style and machine including mods, and rider weight... i would recommend them to anyone... i had my 02 viper shocks done this year. i will post again as soon as we get snow to let u know how it is, i am sure it will be the best riding viper on the snow... a well spent 350 bucks....
