Yes it will fit. I have the same track and love it but, I am going to put in the lug studs because it doesn't grip well going into or out of icey corners. Other than that it has as good or better traction thanthe 1" camo track with 96 studs down the middle that it replaced.

If you have front exchanger protectors you will need either to remove them or trim the track in that area.
