srx runs great but recently it started shutting off at an idle. Once it gets under a certain RPM the motor will shut off. Any thoughts?

Ditto, more info is needed to try to help. First culprit would be the pilot jets in the carbs, they're the first thing to get plugged usually. Do they get cleaned at the start of every season?

sled has 6000 miles, carbs were cleaned at beginning of season...it acts like the fuel is being cut off or to getting to much air, my uneducated guess about yamahas...note the sled is completely stock
