Strong winds with snow made it a bit dificult for some people to navigate down the highway. These vehicles are either on or just beside the trail that is in the ditch about 50 feet away from the road. The yellow Monte is in the middle of the trail

Must have been around ZERO visibility also.
Only counted 6 cars in four miles.I have seen over 20 on this strecth. This on a highway that runs East/West. When the wind blows you can't see a thing.
