Who made these carb coolant tools

Im trying to remember to save my life who made these little tools. About 5 or 6 years ago there was a TY member on here making these tools and was giving out the first 50 or so for free.

These little tools make it very easy to turn on and off that notorious coolant knob on the water rail that is prone to sticking. They are very light weight made of aluminum

It was Yamahasrx700 from Channahon, Il. He dropped one off to me about a month ago so he is still making them.
