How are your reeds? Thats where I would look next because it is a cheap change
Kind of a simple thing but how are your plugs? When was the last time you changed them? Shitty old plugs could lead to unburnt fuel ending up in the pipe and when the pipe finally gets hot the built up gas ignites causing a backfire through the exhaust.
mine was loading up ,and popping after i shut it off . the idle screws backed out . got them back in all is fine
A couple of bucks

Large droplets of fuel reaching pipe/muffler at idle ????
Do ALL of plugs look similar. If so, Look at the reeds.
