track replacement

Hi guys, just got a camoplast preditor track for my 2000 SX700R and need some guidance on how to replace. I can remove the rear skid easy but am not sure about the front drive. What is the easiest was to proceed.
I think I will also drop one tooth on the upper gear while I am at it.
