Hi guys... Looking for more advice on my squeaky belt issue. This is what I've done so far.
New Bolts in Secondary
Removed Washers
Replaced Belt
The belt sits correctly in the secondary and my center to center is good. The belt only starts squeaking after an hour or so. I have 300 miles on the new belt. Could a worn / tired spring in the primary be the culprit? My engagement speed seems about right, could a week spring cause the primary to close just slightly at idle and rub the belt?

OEM stock belt?
Sometimes the belts will squeel a little when new when they are on the short side of the specified length. If everything is working good and lined up it shouldn't be a problem and will probably go away with a few hunders miles.

Maybe it is time for new screws in the secondary if removing the washers didn't help. How far up (or down) is the top of the belt sitting in the secondary?
Clean the clutches and the belt.

Had same problem for 3 yrs! OEM.
Checked and adjusted everything.
Put new OEM belt on, after washing......
NO squeal!
Guess it was slightly out of spec. and yes I checked it many times.
