I think my secondary is shifting on me a little at engagement causing the 5200 to 5500 bog. Running Turks set up in a piped MM. 51/43 helix along with silver spring. Since going to the steeper helix Ive noticed that it is alot easier to pull the belt down in the secondary by hand and that it doesnt want to pop back up again as quickly. This is all done on a stand and rotated by hand. It also apears that the contact between the helix and the graphite buttons it not a good contact. Im wondering if the small contact area is alowing it to shift too soon (aupon engagement) a little. If thats the case then Ill proably have to replace the graphite buttons, cause I dont think just tightening up the secondary is going to do it unlsess I go past a 90 twist. Had started out at 70 and went to 80 tonight and it didnt seem to make much of a difference.

That 51/43 advant edge is very steep & agressive. it,s probably closer to a 54/44.

Wow

man u are quick, I just finished uploading pics and got a response. Better than fishing! So I think Ill go ahead replace the buttons and run it tighter. I need a bit more back shift for the hills
