I bought a new FAST M20 suspension last year and installed it into my Viper. Now when I put about 40 lbs of air into my front air shock it lasts for about 5 or 10 minutes when on the trail. There is no manufacturer's stamp on the shock so I am not sure who makes it (Perhaps this is a FAST creation). It isn't clear where it is leaking from either. The schrader valve looks ok from what I can tell. The rear Firestone airbag has no issues whatsoever but it makes for a very poor ride with just air in the rear. The front tends to rattle with all the air gone.
Does anyone know if this is a common occurrence with these shocks? I emailed FAST about a month ago with no reply. What should I do next? Are there user serviceable parts inside of this thing?

simple. call them.
2X on call them. I have never had luck getting them to respond to emails... but they always pick up the phone and are very willing to help. Ask to talk to Brian!
pull it out , air it up . put it in the sink . you found the leak
Aside from the leaky shock, how do you like the suspension? I am running a standard M-10 and have been thinking about upgrading.
