just got a PM from Scott..he got injured at work and was taken to the Hospital..he is in major pain I understand.This is his second injury in a month,last time was just a sprained knee..this time ,more serious..will find out more.He works for a company that makes Custom Bumpers/grills for all Big Rigs and trucks and works on a Polisher..something apparently happened at his station..will find out more an let yous know what the injury is.....Seems like something missiled thru the air and hit him.....

don't want to make fun of it...he is at the Hospital and in the waiting room still waiting..guess they don't think its life threatening!!
Here is his own words he PM'd me...

2 times in a month!!!! Just left and im on my way to the hospital. Crushed my left testicle never been in so much pain hoping its just bruised. Polisher shot a 2x2' piece of aluminum directly into my nuts. :o|
 
I knew a guy at a sawmill that got a 3" splinter, shot from a large table saw, speared him right in the nut. through his pants & underwear. I think they removed the nut.
 
Brutal. Man to man I feel sorry for him. His first stop after the hospital should be the local supermarket to pick up about 10 bags of frozen peas. keep the swelling down. Hurt-Town.
 
Never ended up waiting at the hospital lots of sick people in the waiting room. Just gonna relax for the rest of the day. Initially I was in an extreme amount of pain but now it's bearable. ;)! Basically never had a good grip on what I was polishing and sorta got sucked out of my hands and slapped me in the jewels really hard. Probably didn't look like much but I felt it that's for sure. Hopfully I can ride this weekend I put away gas money :o|
 
Man DOWN!!!!! Looks like your G/F or wife wont be getting any..... :lol: :shock:

In all seriousness I hope you feel better and have a speedy recovery.

Why is it that whenever you hear a story like this or see somebody get hit in the nuts you instantly double over and crunch your legs together like it just happened to you??
 
In HS the neighboring school Hockey goalie took one in the nuts... Lodged one up in his hip. The paramedics said they usually just grab the person and drop him to make the nut fall back down, but he didn't go for that, instead had to wait for surgery to have it removed from up in his hip and back to normal. I knew several guys from his school and they said it was kinda funny watching him lurch around until the surgery. But it does make ya cringe... I'm glad you're alright Dude.
 
Had a guy in grade school that thot it was cool to stand on the top of two chairs and balance himself. Turned out his balance wasn't soo good and landed nutz first on the top of one chair. Hospitilized for a week. His nickname was Einstein after that. Direct translation from German to English is "One Stone".
Good to hear that you did not become an Einstein.
 
scott sorry to hear one of the boys took a hit ,,thats gotta be the worst pain there is ...makes my boys hurt just thinking about it ..better kick back and take it easy
 
lolll you guys crack me up.in high school playing ball hockey..I was defense man..guy came towards the goalie and let a wrist shot go right directly into my balls..I dropped to the floor instantly..couldn't breath...pain like hell..went to the side bench and worked it off..man that ever hurt... :o|
