I have a 200 700 sxr that has an issue when I use reverse the suspension collapses if there is weight on it. If no one is sitting on the sled it will back up all day long. I have checked preload and all brackets on suspension are in the correct spot and the w-arm is not cracked. Any insight would be great.
Thanks Scott

Are you backing up on your snowflap? That will collaspe the suspension when in reverse. Happened a few times to me

I believe that you are correct stein700sx. It appears that the snowflap is my culprit. Any thoughts to getting the ride height up without adding new brackets?
Shorter flap.

You can mount the snow flap a couple inches higher or I ran a 1" nylon strap from the bottom of the flap up to the grab bar. That helps to keep the flap from folding backwards.

We have a metal break at work so I fabbed up an alum. panel that rivits onto the original holes but hold the flap out on an angle instead of hanging strait down.Mounted it right over top of the panel that holds the rear exchanger. Most people can't even tell it's been touched and it never gets caught in the track.Looks better than stock too.
