broke my handle bar warmer - do i need to JB weld or any of the other epoxies to keep it on or does the rivet work fine? Its a constant below zero temps here so getting it to cure properly might be an issue.
thanks,
Jake

use a slow cure epoxy, let it sit for a bit, then use a battery charger with a 2amp option, if possible. using only the wires for that new grip, run a few heat cycles with the charger. 2 amp wont hardly heat them, but seems to aid in the curing process.
if a 2 amp is not an option, use what you have and heat until warm, but not hot. repeat a few times and let it sit.
the rivet alone will not hold the grip on.

I use 5 minute epoxy. Once all together go for a ride with the grips on high. Works for me.
use E-6000, the stuff is fantastic
