Hi all,
I'm having a hell of a time with hyfax wear on my 97 SX 700 and it seems to be wearing the most right at the front 2 idler wheels. I heard about replacing them with Polaris wheel that are a little bigger than the 5 1/8" wheels that are stock.

My question is what part number or year wheels should i go with? I can get some through dennis Kirk that are 141 mm (5.55") but that seems like a big jump that may put too much pressure on the rails.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

You need to realize that only half of that jump in size is how much is below the slide. Total diameter is about 3/8" larger, which equates to only 3/16" taller from center of mount. The track will flex enough to make up extra pressure on the rails.
