i think i have a 1991 exciter 570 it act like it has rev limiter when it hits 3000 rpm and will not go over 3000 rpm i just rebuilt motor with new pistons and rings cleaned carbs act like a tors sensor but someone has cut the wires off the carbs the carbs have 2 rubber plug ins to carbs i think its the tors but wires are cut could this be a problem or is somthing else wrong? plz help thanks

yes i would chech the throttle cable freeplay. and tors.

plig the 2 wires comin from the harness into each other that jus completes the circuit if it is tors that will fix it

the wires for tors are gone the cut off and cant find them i have a 700 tripple and i have pluged wire into each other but these carbs are way different there is sensor goin 2 each carb

they wires are a black/white and black/yellow located by the filler neck
