upper gear

someone please correct me if I am wrong. I am dropping 1 tooth on the upper gear to get more bottom end. The gear I will need is a 19-13 if I am correct.
I ride a 2000 SX700R.

Stock upper gear is a 22. you need a 21 ...plus you need to get a shorter chain also. Stock chain is a 70 link...you will need a 68 link.

Good thing I did not get the parts yet. I thought stock was a 20.
Dont know were I saw that?????
