I came across this site yesterday while riding with my son. We counted at least 8 different deer skeletons. I figure that Coyotes ate well this winter.

Its kinda odd, so many skeletons in 1 location. unless you have a mass population of Deer in the particular area

There are an overabundance of deer in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area. Some suburbs hire archers to shoot the deer in the more populated areas. I know some people that live around there and they do say that because of the increased deer population that large numbers of Coyotes are moving in.

i know in nh durring the winter the deer will all yard up in a particular area, and its nothing for the coyotes to pick 3-4 off in one area......or it could be a poacher drop site like "mbllnr" suggested
