Need some help here. I'm installing a 141" skid from a 2002 Mountain Max in my '98 SRX. I am hoping someone can help me out with a template or dimensions for relocating the MM skid in a short skid tunnel. The MM skid is extended to 144", and I am interested in modifying the location of the skid further to accept a 146" track. If anyone has experience or info in a similar build I would be interested in some help.

i have the measures to relocate the skid for the 141. curious as to the extensions for 144. a little 1 1/2" extension?
if your serious about the 146(i am unfamiliar with this track length, 2.86pitch?), since your moving things back anyway, save getting extensions, 146 would be easily in your grasp when relocating.

Only reason for the extensions is because the skid is completely rebuilt and assembled, ready to be installed. As far as positioning the skid to accept a 146" track, well, thats just a thought. I was speaking to a camoplast rep at a recent expo about a new single ply 146" track.
Anyway, the measurments to relocate a 141" skid would be exactly what I would need.
whats your time frame? cant make sense of my own notes, will have to remeasure. give me a day or two.
