What to do with air shock?

So I finally pulled the FAST air shock out from the front of my less than 2 year old skid. I had not been able to keep air in the front shock now for about a month or so. First it was apparent that air was spewing out of the schrader valve. That was not a difficult fix. A friend had a tool and we could easily replace the valve guts. I pumped up the shock again expecting all was well, but woke up in the morning to discover the shock empty again. Pump the shock, fill with air and place it into a bucket of water to find the shock leaking from 2 more places. Ouch!

I was expecting this shock to be much more robust than this. I don't even have 4000km on this skid yet and the shock needs major repair. I question the design now. This was not the best winter and I had to do a bit of road running but the amount of tiny stones sucked up into the bottom fold of the shock was disturbing. I can't see how these shocks will last very long being beaten up by the constant friction of a stone as it rubs up and down constantly.

What should I do with this? I guess I need to have the shocks repaired. Has anyone else had a poor experience with air shocks. Perhaps I should go back to a spring shock for reliability?

did you call FAST to let them know what is going on? i would think they should be able to help you out or do something for you. let us know what you find out, been thinking of this setup but now it has me thinking of going to the expert instead.
