What are the pro's and cons? My sled only goes 500 and 660ft. Is it worth the money?

THERE WERE ALOT OF GOOD CONS HERE ON THEM. NOW I DON,T HAVE ONE ON MY SRX, BUT DO ON MY VMAX 4 AND LOVE IT. THIS ALOUD ME TO GEAR DOWN TO INPROVE ACCELERATION WITHOUT LOSEING MPH. BUT AGAIN, MOST HERE DID NOT LIKE THEM ON THE SRX. 3:16 (yammie tony)

As Tony said, most people didn't like them. I am one of them! Found the change in angle of the sheave to not grab the belt well at full shift out. It also caused the belts to wear abnormally on the fixed sheave side. I think there a waste of money.
JMO though!

What Is This Speed Sheave That You Speak Of? Is It The Inner Sheave On Primary?

are you talking about an overdrive/speed sheave. like the one from Hauck? I have one I'll sell if anybody interested. It's like new, only about 300 miles on it.
