I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to store my sleds at a storage facility. It would be inside a fence in area. This way I would not have to tow my trailer so far.

hard to maintain a sled thats not in your garage, not to mention theft or vandelism.i wouln't sleep at night.but if you feel safe about the storage and don't need to work on it,it would be nice and easy.but not cost efective.

pros and cons..........
I would take in consideration the length of drive, traffic, and do you trust the place your going to leave it at. I tow my sleds to and from riding always because I ride close to home. How ever I drive 300+ miles round trip in the summer to where I fish, so I leave my boat at a trusted storage place. Makes the drive alot easier and saves gas and definately saves wear and tear on the trailer(trailers take alot more abuse than most people think and I have had mine in the past). However maintenance is a factor, not much on a boat and motor, alot more on a sled. Hope this helps. Soc
