What do you use to polish the Alu? Do you guys use armorall on the plastic? Is it all done by hand or do you use a buffer? The sled looks great!

here is my polished sled!
I used a wheel for almost everything on my sled but To finish it off, I used some semichrome. Works awsome.

I di last year but not yet this year, our tortion bar is absolutely unbelieveable and is the best product I have on my sled. I am not able to lift the ski on my srx, our sway bar is very stiff and it is HARD to lift a ski. This thing handles like none other. We sell our entire sway bar kit for 295. Absolutely the best product to get on your sled. The combination I run with this sled is our own 10" with our entire front end. I will get some videos when I go up on a race track of the handling. It is very impressive.

Use Califonia Custom's Purple polish & you will never use Mothers again! The shine last way longer & with the sealer in the polish all you need to do is hit whatever your polishing again with a soft towel when needed. Use the acid wash first to get it clean & then the polish. www.californiacustom.com
