Ok I am a long time reader first time poster. There is a lot of information on this site but it is difficult to find, not to mention the search feature works when it wants to. What I would like to know from the experienced clutching group is in regards to Heel Clicker 40-10 settings for an '02 stock Viper? Everyone seems to be doing something different that what Supertorquer recommends. Last season I ran with the Supertorquer recommended 4.7 (although if you do the math it is actually 4. on the shoulder 3.3 in the middle and nothing on the tip with the HC Red Spring. This setup seemed to be Ok, meaning the sled had OK acceleration from engagment on thru wind out. What I want is a punchy mid range meaning high acceraltion from 30mph-80mph aka a shorter power band. Turk has HC recommendations with a aftermarket helix but what about a stock helix? What are the common/tested HC settings for a stock viper? If i do need to go to another helix do most people agree that Turk's settings of 50/40 helix 4.2-0-4.5 red spring, is that a good setup?
Thanks everyone.
Thanks everyone.

Seems like most of HC's specs come from grass draggers, which is why they usually won't give you a dual angle helix suggestion. You won't get that punchy performance without going with a dual angle helix most likely, it's all in the back shift! Ask Turk was he runs with HC's for a helix, and cough up the dough. Look for a used one on the for sale pages!
Good luck!
