For what ever reason the primaries on those sleds liked to wear to the point that they needed to be replaced so check it to see if there are any grooves or visible cracks.
The steering knuckles under the engine wear and cause the steering to be much harder than it has to be. The heim joints and shims out at the struts where the tie rods connect will most likely need to be replaced too.
With the sled being almost 20 years old it will most definitely need a strut and shock rebuild.
Depending on how long it sat or the # of miles on it, it will most likely need jackshaft, drive shaft and idle-wheel bearings.
Gas lines on these sleds get really brittle with age so if you are going to be ranking the carbs it would be a good idea to replace them as well.
