I'm A Rookie Snowmobiler. Any Info On Changing The W-arm Would Be Appreciated. Thanks.
pull the skid out of the sled, thats the way I'd go
Pull the skid. While you have the skid out take some time and rebuild it. Order up a bushing kit, re-inforce the w-arm, have the shocks rebiult and read BETHEVIPER's suspension thread.

If you are changing the W arm due to cracks, then be sure to replace it with one that has been reinforced. They crack even when the sled is ridden easy on smooth trails. I can help you with either repairing a cracked W arm and reinforcing a new one. Glad to help if you need it.

X2 - With the skid out, it'd also be a good time to have a look at the drive axle bearings if you don't know the history of whether they've been changed. They are 9 years old and sit idle 8 months of the year. Especially the left/PTO side.
