i have to rebilt my crank so i was asking my self if there is things to do to gain performance like port matchin the cilender to the crank case(if its not match) or things like that . Sandblasting the crank case(the inside) may be good or not for a better gaz flow?.
-If i do a trail porting whit the stock pipe, do i need the Rejet my sled?

If you get your sled ported, you will have to richen your jetting, regardless if the stock pipe is used or aftermarket pipes. There is no "matching" of the case to the cylinder bases required, as yamaha has things meeting up just fine. Can't say the same about the banshees, blasters, and some of the dirt bikes..... And you could bead blast the crankcase as well, for slightly better fuel atomization. Send your cylinders to Iantomassi for the port work. They are in Canada.

does anyone know how much work it would be to make my viper not have to run on ethanol? it has the head gasket mod, might have none, i got it from one of my family members joe chaulk, triple pipes hauck 3 slincers, bigger carbs, jetted, geared, went from 121 to 144 boss seat, heal clicker cluch kit, and the cylinders are ported, might be more
