Had my 02 Viper out for its first good run this season. I noticed that it's max RPM is 8900. I think this is high. Is there any simple adjustment to bring this down. Being a long time Yami owner, I have no experience fooling with the primary or secondary. Or anything else for that mater. I don't want to change weights. And there are no Yamaha dealers with reputable service in my area. Any suggestions??

Load some weight (Rivets) on your Primary. Take a look at the Tech page for some ideas on what size and location for rivets.
