BR 250 F (bravo motor) Max RPM?

Need to know what the RPM,s would be, to reach peak HP with the 1982 Bravo motor (BR 250 F)

i know the clutch engages @ 3100 rpm & shifts @ 5750 rpm but i am not using the clutches, i need actual RPM's @ peak HP

I'm using this motor for a non-snomo app.

any info would be very helpful.
