Hi guys. I just cleaned my carbs. On the output side (towards the engine) on the inside of the barrel was a white, dried chalk looking substance. only from the slides towards the engine. anyone have a clue what it might be and if it is a problem. I do not know. I hope its mag chloride or salt from the road, or ethanol residue. I did a plug test the day before and they all looked good. cardboard colored electrode, dark and oily 3 threads down. full and half throttle. I don't know if I should be worried. thanks

X2 on dried up ethanol snot. If your feelin brave run your finger across it and touch your tongue. Should taste like corn!!!!! No seriously it would have a salty taste and tongue will get a lil numb.
