Removed big bore kit, going stock??

I just removed a Hauck 780 kit from 98srx. I put stock 2000 cylinders and pistons in it. Right now i am trying to return the carbs back to there stock jetting. The question i have is this. These carbs were bored by hauck to work with the 780 kit. Will they run right on a stock set-up? Do i have to run them richer because they have been bored?

Yes, but one of the cylinders needs to be replaced. The kit has less then 200 miles on it. Unfortunatly, one of the cylinders has cracks in it. I sent it back to Hauck and they said it needs to be replaced. I'll take 500.00 for the remaining heads, cylinders and pistons.
