My full size Silverado, which has been my tow vehicle is getting up there in age and miles to where I need to look at my options. A new truck is out of the question for now. My wife has a V-6 Rav 4 AWD with low miles.
So I was wondering if any of you in TY land have pulled a 2 place enclosed trailer with a RAV and how white your knuckles got. I fear due to the wheel base it could be the tail wagging the dog under certain situations. That being said, I use to pull a 2 place trailer with a Chevy S-10, which worked out o.k.
Let me know what you know :)
Thanks 2datrl

I used to tow a 20' car hauler with 4 sleds, and all of our gear with my 2007 FJ Cruiser. It was a heavy tow at over 5000lbs, but it pulled it ok.

Almost any vehicle will pulll a 2 place trailer, it is when you get in icy, windy conditions or have to stop quickly that a smaller, higher center and lighter weight vehicle can get an inexperienced driver in trouble.
